Wash & chop the Tomatoes roughly.
Slice the Onion.
Heat the butter in a medium Sauce Pan.
Sauté onions until translucent.
Add the tomatoes followed by the sugar & salt.
Cook covered for 10 minutes on low heat.
Remove from heat.
Let it cool down.
Purée it in a Blender.
Strain & transfer back to the sauce Pan.
Add 2 Cups of water.
Let it boil over low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour in two Soup Bowls.
Swirl 1 Tablespoon of Cream in each bowl.
Enjoy hot!
Note: You may add some Croutons if you like.
